Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping is available for orders under 2lbs, and orders over $75.00 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Need it fast? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout! Your order will be prepared and ready within 3–5 business days. We'll send you an email with pickup instructions as soon as it's ready. If your order is not picked up within 7 days of notification, it will automatically be shipped to the address on file.

ABANDONED/UNCLAIMED ORDER POLICY

All personalized and handmade orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving your ready notification. Orders not claimed within this window will be considered abandoned.

Due to the custom nature of our products and limited storage space, abandoned orders will be disassembled and materials repurposed. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange pickup within the 30-day window or communicate any delays before the deadline.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopkbellacrafts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
